I have been in the Health & Wellness business for 17 years as a massage therapist, health coach and now working towards a relationship coach.
My Journey into health & wellness really began when I was in high school struggling with my own food addiction & weight issues which continued for many years until my youngest child ended up with food allergies and sensitivities.
This forced me to really take a look at the American Standard Diet (SAD) and what I was feeding my family.
Only by turning to real whole food, prioritizing mindfulness and working on healthy boundaries was I able to improve my health along with my families.
Now I guide people along their health journey as they learn to love themselves, communicate and not fear food!
